Yes, you can subscribe without a smartphone. For MyBaby, you only need to have an email address and occasional Internet access (to view the weekly topic). Once a week, MyBaby will send you an email message with videos and brief information. You can access that message whenever you have Internet access – just click on the MyBaby link to see the topic and view the videos.

Messages are sent once a week. Click on “My Account” to check that you have entered all the information correctly and hit “sign-up” or “update”.

Email subscribers – if more than a week has passed, check your email program’s Junk and Spam Folders. If a MyBaby message is there, move the email message into your Inbox and mark it as “safe” or “not junk”. You can also add no-reply@my-baby.ca to your safe senders list.

Yes, MyBaby is now available to anyone who would like to receive the messages – such as interested caregivers and family members, as well as parents, expectant parents, and service providers who work with families. Go to the Sign-up page now.

There is no need to wait. Once you are signed up, you can explore all the MyBaby topics.

Most MyBaby videos include closed captions in both French and English. To turn those on, click on the “CC” button on the video play bar. As new videos are added to MyBaby topics, we will include French captions as soon as they are ready.
