My baby‘s learning and memory
Your baby was born with an amazing capacity to learn. Your baby is paying attention to your voice and your words from day one. In fact, research has shown that new babies recognize the voices and rhythms they heard while in the womb – they even show that they remember and like to listen to their own mother’s voice!
Your baby is like a little sponge, soaking up words and experiences. Your baby can understand and respond to the things you say and do long before being able to say the words themselves. You will have lots of opportunities throughout each day to see all the ways your child is learning and changing.
